The Beach

If you listen closely you can hear the tumbling of the rocks. I absolutely loved this sound.

Sea World

Sea World was a really special time for us. It was just pouring down rain on us. We took the train then the bus to Sea World. And he was such a good boy through it all. He really enjoyed watching the dolphins and sea lions put on their performance and I really enjoyed sharing the experience with him. I am not really all that hip on zoos and such but when it was too cold to go the beach we needed something else to do and i am really glad we went. It made me cry to share the sea world experience with him. I just felt really lucky to be able to afford to be able to bring my son to Sea World and for that i have to thank my sweet husband. thanks Daddy

Hung Out in Carlsbad

This day we just hung out in Carlsbad. We spent the morning on the beach, then grabbed some lunch at Cessy's tacos, which was an awesome little place and the owner just adoraded Jameson cute smile and his name. We took our lunch to a small park were we just laid in the sun after we ate our lunch. Jameson really is a sweet boy at heart. He just laid his little head on my lap and we just looked at the cloud and trees together. After lunch we went on a long walk on the coast and then had the Hotel driver pick us up to take us to a playground. The drivers we all really nice and helpful. I miss them by the end of trip I felt like the end they felt family especially since they were Mexican. At the playground, Jameson played with little Mexican kids. It was really fun to watch him listen to them speak in Spanish. it was nice to use my Spanish to help him understand.

Legoland

We had a lot of fun at Legoland. Jameson had so much fun exploring exploring and playing!

California

it has been great! The foods, landscape and people are interesting and awesome. The weather has been temperamental but overall it has been a wonderful experience to share this time with son in a different city and state. He really has been an angel. I can' wait to go home and try to make some of the california san diego fish tacos, toritallas, fried bannanas and salad wrapped in cucomber, calantro sauce. Tomorrow we are going on a hike and maybe to legoland. I think Jameson would really enjoy the hike he seems lately to really be interested in exploring the outdoors which i want to embrass. and I have really realized that there is no dought that I will start an educational non profit.

First Day of School

Jameson has been asking to go to school for the last few months and tomorrow his little dream comes true. I hope he does ok. I am scared he will cry and I won't be there. But we will try it...I have packed his little backpack with love and the forms are filled out and my camera is ready. I know I am going to cry.

As Jameson was falling asleep he said "mommy, I had a fun time at Tree School" so special.

Sorry

The summer is almost over and I feel that we have had a good summer but I feel I have been preoccupied with trying to get pregnant and with our move. I am so sorry sweetie I will try harder. You are also just growing up so fast and becoming so independent that I have to let you go some too. I love with everything I am buddy and so incredibly lucky to have you as my son.

Swam all day

Jameson and I had so much fun swimming all day with Julie and Abby. I love being able to hold him close in the water. there are not many days left that he will let me hold him so for now I hold you tight buddy. NUV YU

Little White Dog

We found this little white dog last night at Bebe's birthday party and found his owner late this evening. It was such a good feeling to know that I saved this sweet little dog from being killed. it was hard b/c Jim was so against but I stood my ground and in the end it was so rewarding. Jim said he could see me starting a dog rescue some day....maybe I will:)

First Movie

We saw Jameson first movie in the theater tonight, Toy Story 3. He did awesome even though it was a little scary.
You are such a love my little man. You bring us nothing but love and affection. I love you so much. Big Hugs by big guy:)

My family and I participated in World Wildlife Fund's Earth Hour where the world was to turn off all the electricity in their home to measure the effects of conserving the world's for hour

Silent Bike Ride

The Silent Bike was an 8 mile bike ride around Toledo honoring those who were killed biking and to bring awareness about sharing the road. Two thumbs up to all who participated!

Park Clean Up

In March 2010 I organized a park Clean Up for our Neighborhood Park. After all the snow had melted there was alot of litter that needed to be picked up, so I made up fliers and went door to door dropping of fliers. I had five committed neighbors and a dog and my two year old son show up on a chilly march morning to clean up their neighborhood park!

Our little house

it is often cluttered and filled with dirt and and dog fur. The kitchen is filled with dirty dishes even though I just washed them. it is especially dirty today b/c we tried to make rice crispy eggs that ended in disaster. our house is small with colorful walls and two furry dogs and a gimpy cat and a cute little boy with big dark eyes and messy hair like his momma and mommy and daddy who love each other very much even though mommy can be very spicy at times. our little family...
