Made two shirts today. the first was easy and the second one harder since I was trying to focas on two things watching Marley and me and trying to sew. Either way it was so nice to do both while listening to Jim and Jameson play in the back room. I have such a sweet husband who just loves to play with his son. love you daddy. I have such an amazing life.

what i do

I have been painting a lot. I have been especially inspired by trees. I love the structure of them and all the human emotions that it can symbolize.
Painting comes easy to me it always has. My father wanted me to become an artist. But I always think who will want it but it is weird but they have and they do. Painting is something that i can just do on my own and can learn on my own and most of all it is easy and amazingly methodical and therapeutic for me.
I made Jameson a snowman shirt and I love to see what i made on him. And he loves it. He looks so incredibly cute in it.
I had friends over to paint ornaments and Jameson's friends and over to paint ornaments I love entertaining and have friends over to paint. I also love teaching people to dance and express themselves. I can do all the things without people telling me how to do them which can make it easy and i love it that way. Teaching nature is not so easy to do, a lot of people tell you how do it and what to do although in some small way. I would still love to but I guess for now i am happy doing what i am doing. It keeps me home with my son and active and interested in my surrondings and world. For now I am an artist and I guess in a small way I do teach nature and that is to my son...

Wow! we had a great time at this new playland. I wish I would of had my camera with me. Jameson was nervous at first and wanted me to go up and down with him on everything but then he eventually became comfortable. He is an amazing climber. Mommy is now exhausted:) I love moments like this when we are happy and laughing together it makes me want to have a hole mess of kids. I guess we need to get number baking up number two first. Everyone keep putting out the baby energy and prayers out!

Halloween and Trick or Treating was so increadibly fun and special this year. I made bean soup and cupcakes for all us neighbors to share and enjoy and it was so special to watch Jameson ask for and give out treats this year. He loved wearing his costume that I made for him and he would even say "buzzzzz". These moments are the moments you just cherish as a parent:)

Terrible Twos

They have arrived....:( Oh I miss my sweet little boy...Jameson is really trying to claim his independence. when daddy is home he really doesn't want much to do with mommy and it just breaks my heart because I love him with everything I am...We have started time outs and it is absolutely horrible to hear him scream! But just as Jameson needs to claim his independence we need to claim our status as parents and set boundaries. This morning I needed to get out of the house and jameson wanted to stay home but I really needed to get out so since I am the mommy I decide! So he was screaming so bad that I had to turn around and head home but I knew if we just went home it would all just get worse so we stopped at the Gardens and it got better...I stuffed him in his stroller and we sat and looked at the duckies. He eventlly calm down and we enjoyed the duckies. I gave him some gold fish and cranberries and we just sat...we talked to the duckies "quack quack" and Jameson would just start laughing so hard when the duckies would wiggle their tail or shack their head. I kissed him and gave him huggs and said I love you buddy my big boy....we walked around some more and talked about seeing the moon and sun and the color of the flowers. We held hands over the bridge and looked through the slits and down into the water...we needed this. thank you for sharing this time with me my son.

went running in the night with Jameson in the stroller and he said "running in the night fast" and "flying in the sky". We also say an owl and a bat.

today Jameson said "run mommy run" aww...as many of you know I was a cross country runner in high school and college and I still run some now. It was music to my ears to hear my son ask me to run with him. we ran for two blocks
